The paramount mission is to strictly defend active duty members facing courts-martial, involuntary separation boards and military investigations.

Court & Carpenter PC only represents Clients who face adverse actions, military justice and other disciplinary matters. We selectively advocate on behalf of members of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard and the various state National Guards.
